1. Application Fees
All application fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.
2. Course Fees
– Full refunds may be issued within 3 days of payment if course access has not been granted.
– No refunds will be issued after course content has been accessed or if 7 days have passed since payment.
– For technical issues or duplicate payments, please contact our admin team within 5 working days.
3. Payment Disputes
We encourage students to resolve payment issues directly with our office before initiating chargebacks or disputes through their bank or payment provider.
